Homestead Park was the venue for the Southern Cross Deaf Rugby Union's annual sevens tournament recently.

This was the second year that the tournament had been played in Brisbane, with a similar tournament being held annually in Sydney.

The Logan Saints were more than happy to host such an event and by all reports the matches were a success with sides from the northern and southern Brisbane fighting it out.
