
NSW SUBBIES WIN BACK BARRACLOUGH SHIELD

The Barraclough Shield, symbol of interstate supremacy between the Queensland and NSW suburban competitions, has again changed hands with NSW winning the annual challenge 41-21 at Ballymore.
Queensland had hopes of successfully defending the shield for the first time but NSW dominated from the outset, scoring three tries to one in the first half before running away with the match.
